Explanation of my live production:
In are live TV production it is going to be a type of cooking show/game show where two chefs have 15 minutes to create a dish with the ingredients they are given. which some of these can be either bad or good but they have to make the best dish they can with what they have. To achieve these ingredients they will have to do challenges so they can pick an ingredient for the other person they will also be mystery ingredients so they both don't they what they will have. the camera shot that will be used in this production will be very basic static wide shots with a few close up shots from above There will also be a presenter on the set to help keep the flow of the production going stopping the dead air.
Explanation of my role:
In are live tv production my role was to be one of the chefs/presenter within this role i have to make it entertaining for the people watching at home and have conversation between my co-host to keep it going and not having dead air. As a presenter i had to do rehearsals to practice what i was going to say and what i was going to do i have to also plan what i am going to say but also have an input on the creative design of the production as well this can be abut the shots als the design of the set.

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals Evaluation:
We done a total of 3 live rehearsals which we recorded only 2 of them it helped us with recording them as it allowed us to review are mistakes in it and help us envision what are production would finally look like.

Doing the rehearsals allowed use to better are production this was through being able to see where we messed up and made mistakes such as taking too long for different scenes but also what didn't fit and what did work within it. Some of these were the timing for the graphics and when were going to have them played which gave me and ellis a short time to be able to get on camera and being ready for when the intro finished. Another thing was the sounds of things we were working with such as in one of the rehearsals are presenter was playing a guitar which made the audio sound very weird and we were not able to hear us talk. It also helped me and ellis massively as it let us build are chemistry between us and what we could say together making sure theres no dead air even if it wasn't for long. One thing we came up with was a whiteboard of all the places we should be within the production of it and the timings so are production runner was able to guide us where we should be and if we were taking too long when and where we should be moving on too.
Another problem we ran into while doing the rehearsals was the question were had been given as the presenter asked us the question before so when it came to the actual live we had already new what they would be and the answer so we had to make it up as we went along and make it seem like we didn't know but it seemed to work out in the end.
